Our range of classes are designed for the everyday fitness enthusiast — no matter your age or experience level with Muay Thai.

 

boxing fitness classes

It's you versus the bag! Our boxing fitness classes focus on teaching boxing fundamentals and improving conditioning through interval-based heavy bag training. This combines basic boxing techniques with floor exercises to build your muscular strength and cardio endurance.

60 minutes, all experience levels, gloves & hand wraps required.

MUAY THAI classes

Get a full-body workout with our Muay Thai classes! Muay Thai is known as the "Art of Eight Limbs" because it makes use of punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes — using eight "points of contact", as opposed to "two points" (fists) in boxing.

60 minutes, all experience levels, gloves & hand wraps required.

LITTLE ROCKYS KIDS Classes

It’s never too early to form healthy habits! The benefits of Muay Thai for children are endless: improved self-confidence, discipline, focus, motor skills, social skills, agility and self-defense.

30 minutes, ages 3+ (classes divided by age: 3-6, 7-11), gloves & hand wraps required
